Welcome to InfiniteTrax! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the InfiniteTrax mobile application (the "App") provided by InfiniteTrax LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using InfiniteTrax, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

The App does not replace professional medical care
We are not responsible for health outcomes based on App usage
Nutrition data may contain errors - always verify critical information

Peptide Tracking Disclaimer

The peptide tracking features are for informational purposes only. Peptide use should be supervised by qualified healthcare professionals. We do not provide medical advice regarding peptide dosing, reconstitution, or usage.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Upload malicious code or viruses
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Share false or misleading health information
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by InfiniteTrax LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

Reproducing, modifying, or creating derivative works
Distributing, selling, or sublicensing the App
Reverse engineering or decompiling the App

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the health data and content you create in the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve the App's services.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have rights to the User Content you provide
Your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
Your User Content does not contain harmful or offensive material

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

OpenAI (ChatGPT, Whisper)
Anthropic (Claude AI)
OpenFoodFacts (nutrition data)
Apple Health / Google Fit
Firebase / Google Cloud Platform

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

9. Payments and Subscriptions

InfiniteTrax may offer free and paid subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
Subscription management through your App Store account (iOS) or Google Play (Android)

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. Contact us at support@infinitetrax.com for refund requests.

10. Gift Cards

InfiniteTrax gift cards:

Are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash
Must be redeemed within the specified validity period
Can only be used for InfiniteTrax subscriptions and services
Are not replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed

11. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is 100% secure. You use the App at your own risk.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of content

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFINITETRAX LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Health outcomes or medical decisions based on App usage
Damages resulting from third-party services or integrations

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InfiniteTrax LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Your User Content

15. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any features) at any time
Update these Terms at any time
Change pricing and subscription plans

Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our retention policies.
